Two Artists - One Vision

Leslie M. Kraff
Leslie is an awarded artist who has been painting for 20 years. She has studied at the Corcoran, the Yellow Barn and the Compass Atelier as well as with gifted local and national teachers. Her connection to nature is visible in many of her works. Inspired by the need to explore the mystery of creativity, she paints images that have a personal resonance for her. Using her experience as a psychotherapist, she is currently creating a series of paintings that use trees as a metaphor illustrating the interconnection of all of life. Her works are in many private collections.
Cecelia M. Laurendeau
Cecelia is a lifelong painter and photographer. Her art is alive with the vibrant colors and textures ever present in the beauty surrounding us. Cecelia's creative vision is to portray a story, the one nature tells in the stillness of the landscape, the greatness of the oceans and the journey of the seasons. She studied under the tutelage of oil painters Joyce Clark, and D.E. Simmons. Pastel artists Nancy Goff, Genevieve Cerwonka and Awake the Light photographer Mollie Isaacs. Her paintings and photography are in private collections in Washington DC, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virginia and the Carolinas.
